Only 1 runway in use as a temporary anti-coronavirus measure
Brussels Airport Company takes proactive measures to fight the coronavirus. That is why the number of operational staff present at the airport is limited.
Following the measures taken by the Belgian government to contain the corona virus, the number of passengers at Brussels Airport has decreased drastically. Consequently, Brussels Airport Company is forced to reduce the number of operational services at the airport.
As a result of this capacity limitation, only 1 of the 3 runways can be used simultaneously.
Runways currently in use can be consulted on this website (https://www.batc.be/en/runways-in-use/current-forecast). Thank you for your understanding.
